Refund Policy

Overview

Zombie Love Story sells one-time credit packs. There is no subscription, and nothing renews. Credits do not expire. This page says when credits come back. It does not promise a cash refund.

Failed videos

If a video fails because of a service or provider fault, the credits charged for that video are put back on the account. A 480p attempt restores 10 credits. A 720p attempt restores 20 credits. That is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.

Finished videos

Credits already used for a finished video stay used. They are not restored and they are not turned back into cash.

Packs

You pay the pack price once. The credits are added to the account and do not expire. This site does not sell a monthly or yearly plan, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to prorate.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
